Welcome to L'Ancrage, a 17th-century Breton house inviting you to unwind at the rhythm of the tides. Just 50 m from the harbor, everything is within walking distance: shops, restaurants, quays, beach, and coastal paths. For our family, L'Ancrage is a place to reconnect and recharge. We wish to share this spirit with our guests. This house is not a standard rental. It has kept the charm, space, and atmosphere of old fishermen’s homes. If you are looking for a modern, very bright interior heated to 22°C in winter, this may not be the best fit. But if you love authentic places with a story, you’ll feel right at home. A pellet stove is the main source of heat. Depending on the weather and use, the temperature is usually between 18 and 20°C. A first bag of pellets is provided on arrival; extra bags are available for purchase nearby. Throws, cozy duvets, and a warm atmosphere await you after a day outdoors. From autumn to spring, Camaret shows a different side: storms, high tides, peaceful quays, and sunsets over Pen-Hir. It’s the perfect season to discover the peninsula in a new way. Designed for up to 10 guests, the house offers 3 bedrooms, a mezzanine inspired by a world of magic, 2 bathrooms, inviting communal spaces, and equipment for young children. Bed linen is provided, and beds are made before your arrival. Pets are welcome, for an extra fee. By choosing L'Ancrage, you help preserve a unique, lively, and characterful old house.
